The overcast sky kind of made me happy today despite the fact that I hate when it rains. It covered up for my waking up late and gave an impression that I was on time for the morning walk before sunrise, though on the contrary, unlike me, the sun had risen well on time but was shielded by the clouds. To take in the fresh air, I headed towards the back waters. The sunless sky and its reflection in the water portrayed a foggy atmosphere all together. Humming a tune to match the occasion, I continued walking when this beautiful Bougainvillea caught my sight. Just when I was trying to freeze it with perfection on my phone, a boat happened to pass by, completing my frame. I thank none but nature for blessing us with such beauty around that makes life on earth worthwhile. My musings were drenched in the sudden downpour that followed. But I have no complaints on rain this time. Why, it just added more beauty to life itself.
